PLC calls on England to 'atone for sin' against Palestinians

GAZA, (PIC)-- The Palestinians who were displaced from their homeland will soon return, as Israel is declining day by day, a statement by the presiding body of the Palestinian Legislative Council says, just hours ahead of the commemoration of the 63rd Palestinian Nakba.
The Palestinians have become more and more committed to their national rights and more informed about the conspiracies played against them, conspiracies including resettlement and compensation, the statement points out. But they have overcome all plots targeting their right of return.
The PLC reiterated that England was to blame for the Nakba as well as the fall of Palestine into the hands of ”Zionist gangs” and the ensuing suffering of the Palestinians.
It called on the UK to atone for its sin against the Palestinians by adjusting its foreign policy and supporting the ”Palestinians' immortal rights”, and stand up to Israel's aggression practiced against them.
The PLC saluted the Palestinians in the West Bank, Gaza Strip, Jerusalem, and the 1948-occupied territories. It emphasized that the people's steadfastness in the land and uprising in the face of conspiracies to ”liquidate” the right of return is what has foiled this plan for ever.
It also saluted the revolutions and popular uprisings sweeping the Arab world, especially the Egyptian revolution, which was a turning point for Palestine and Jerusalem.
Several Arab countries are showing support for the commemoration of the Nakba this year, as massive marches plan to flood in towards Palestinian borders.
The statement points out that the Palestinians' repeated uprisings in the face of the Israeli occupation are what inspired the Arab revolutions against injustice and tyranny. It finally called on the Arabs and Muslims to boost efforts to support the Palestinians.
